Current price caps (2025-26):
- Standard (Melbourne/most of VIC): $105.43/hr
- Remote: $147.60/hr
- Very Remote: $158.15/hr

For Plan Managers: Fixable invoices include the participant’s name, service date, line item code (15_300_0103_1_3), hourly rate ($89), duration and total. Issued within 24 hours of each visit. Monthly consolidated invoices available on request.
Who Can Use AT Mentoring?
Eligibility depends on how the participant’s plan is managed.
Self-Managed Participants
Can use any provider, registered or not. Pay the Fixable invoice and claim reimbursement through the NDIS portal. No approval needed beyond their own plan.
Plan-Managed Participants
Can use unregistered providers. Plan Manager pays the Fixable invoice directly after each visit. Confirm the line item and budget allocation with the Plan Manager before the first visit.
Agency-Managed (NDIA-Managed)
Must use NDIA-registered providers. Fixable is not registered. Agency-managed participants should use the NDIS Provider Finder to find a registered AT Mentoring provider.
