I'll text when I'm on my way. No call-out fee. Once I'm there I'll diagnose the issue with you watching, and explain what I'm going to do before I do it.

I fix it. You watch.

I show you what I'm doing as I work, so you understand it next time. Pay only when you're happy. Cash, card, or bank transfer — whatever's easiest.
