I tell you BEFORE going over budget. You decide whether to keep going or pause. No surprise bills at the end. Ever.

Are you really one person? Or are you a franchise?

Why $89 when other Melbourne providers charge $120-180?

I'm a sole trader. No franchise fees, no office rent, no marketing department to pay for. The cost stays low because the structure stays small. The work doesn't suffer for it — it benefits.

What about my privacy and my files?

I never copy, transfer, or open personal files unless directly needed for the work, and only with your consent. I'm bound by the Privacy Act 1988. Confidentiality isn't negotiable — it's the foundation.

What if you damage something in my home?

I carry Public Liability ($20M) and Professional Indemnity insurance. I carry it to protect you, not just me. It's never been needed — but it's there.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Tell me before I leave. We'll sort it on the spot. I don't take payment if you're not happy with the result. Simple.

Can you help my elderly parent who's not tech-savvy?

Yes — a lot of my work is exactly this. Plain English, patience, no jargon, written notes in big text. I treat older customers the way I'd want my own parents treated.

Are you available weekends?

Saturday 7am–5pm, regular bookings. Sundays by arrangement for urgent issues. No weekend surcharge — same $89/hour.
